XOMA 213 is an allosteric inhibitor of prolactin action. It is a humanized IgG1-Kappa monoclonal antibody that binds to the extracellular domain of the human prolactin receptor. It has completed Phase II clinical trials.
The company is pursuing internal discovery programs focused on endocrine indications, including an anti-PTH1R program and anti-ACTH program. Both the programs are in pre-clinical state.
