The company's PeopleManagement segment focuses on-site placement and management services, and provides a range of workforce management solutions for blue-collar contingent on-premise staffing and management facility's workforce. The segment operates its business through Staff Management SMX (Staff Management), SIMOS Insourcing Solutions, PlaneTechs, and Centerline Drivers. Staff Management offers recruitment and on-premise management of a facility's contingent industrial workforce. SIMOS is specialized in recruitment and on-premise management of warehouse and distribution operations for e-commerce and supply chain solutions. PlaneTechs offers temporary skilled mechanics and technicians to the aviation and transportation industries; and Centerline Drivers offers temporary truck drivers to the transportation and distribution industries. PeopleManagement served approximately 900 businesses in 2016 by providing access to dependable blue-collar contingent workforce solutions. In FY2016, the Peoplemanagement segment reported revenues of $940.5 million, which accounted for 34.2% of the company's total revenue.
TrueBlue’s PeopleScout segment provides outsourced service offerings in permanent employment recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and management of contingent labor services providers (MSP). PeopleScout served over 268,000 individuals with permanent jobs with over 200 customers in 2016.In FY2016, the Peoplescout segment reported revenues of $180.7 million, which accounted for 6.6% of the company's total revenue.
Geographically, the company classifies its operations into two segments, namely the US and International Operations. In FY2016, the US segment accounted for 96.1% of the company's total revenues, followed by International Operations with 3.9%.
