The group operates through five segments: Toll Resources and Government Logistics, Toll Global Logistics, Toll Global Forwarding, Toll Global Express and Toll Domestic Forwarding.
Toll's Toll Resources and Government Logistics segment provides logistics services for the oil and gas, mining, government and defense sectors in Australia, Asia and Africa. It comprises of Toll Energy, Toll Marine Logistics, Toll Mining Services, Toll Offshore Petroleum Services, Toll Liquids, Toll Transitions, Toll Helicopters and Toll Remote Logistics.
The group provides specialized integrated logistics services to the oil and gas industry. Toll Marine Logistics provides a range of marine logistics services from supply chain management, general cargo services and bulk handling and transportation to solutions such as remote area stevedoring, marine engineering and vessel charter. Toll Mining services specializes in inbound and outbound dangerous goods and chemical logistics solutions for the hard rock and coal mining industries. Toll Offshore Petroleum Services (TOPS) operates supply bases in Singapore and Thailand providing support services for oil and gas exploration, and development and production activities. Toll Remote Logistics provides integrated logistics solutions for Government and Defense supply chains. Toll Liquids specializes in the transportation of bulk liquid and industrial gases by road for the oil, gas and chemical industries in Australia. Toll Transitions manages employee relocation's on behalf of government and corporate organizations. Toll Helicopters services provide helicopter services for customers including emergency medical services, search and rescue operations, passenger transfer, and logistics support.
Toll's Toll Global Logistics segment provides contract logistics solutions in the Asia Pacific region. It provides a range of services to the automotive industry, including parts logistics and vehicle logistics. It includes Toll Contract Logistics that is engaged in the provision of integrated, value-based and contract-backed logistics solutions to customers. Toll's customized solutions provide supply chain logistics services for end-to-end management of customers' supply chains. Toll also offers facilities management services.
The group's Toll Global Forwarding segment is engaged in providing a range of international freight forwarding and supply chain management services.
Toll Global Express segment provides express freight operations in providing time-sensitive freight distribution in Australia and logistics services in Japan. This division comprises of individual businesses including Toll IPEC catering to the retail sector; Toll Priority, which provides express freight and document services; Toll People, which provides recruitment services to group; Toll Fast, which provides customized metropolitan delivery services from point-to-point bicycle courier services to project-based multi-vehicle solutions; Toll Secure, which provides cash logistics services, guarding services, vault storage and valuable cargo services; Toll Priority, which is engaged in the express delivery of time-critical documents, parcels and digital information.
The group's Toll Domestic Forwarding segment provides intermodal freight forwarding services within Australia and New Zealand by road, rail and sea. It comprises of Toll Express, Toll Intermodal, Toll New Zealand, Toll Tasmania, Toll NQX and Toll Shipping.
Toll Express provides pallet movements for both ambient and temperature-controlled freight. In addition, Toll Express provides a range of services throughout Western Australia, with special focus on the mining industry. Toll Intermodal offers end-to-end road, rail and shipping together with a range of line haul equipment. Toll New Zealand offers intermodal freight distribution options for parcels and freight, domestically and internationally. Toll Shipping provides shipping service between Tasmania and mainland Australia. Toll Tasmania is the freight forwarder to and from Tasmania.
