TW Group's warehouse store is predominantly a general merchandise and apparel retailer, with 93 stores located throughout New Zealand. It comprises a range of departments, including footwear, jewelry, music, sporting, automotive, hardware, kitchen ware, electrical appliances, outdoor furniture, gardening, pharmacy, and grocery.
The group's warehouse stationery is a stationery retailer, with 67 stores located throughout New Zealand. It has a multi-channel "click, call and come in" offer, where customers can purchase all their office, personal, stationery, technology, art and craft requirements.
TW Group's Noel Leeming is a consumer electronics and home appliances retailer, with 77 stores located throughout New Zealand. It offers a range of branded consumer technology and appliances.
The group's Torpedo7 is a multi-channel retailer operating online through a range of websites and around 10 stores trading under the Torpedo7 and No.1 Fitness brand names.
TW Group's finance business represents the operating activities of Diners Club (NZ) Limited (DCNZ), which is a credit card company offering credit to its customers through a branded credit card under a franchise agreement with Diners Club International.
The group's other group operations segment includes the Group's property operations, which owns a number of stores and distribution centers occupied by the other business segments. This segment also includes the group's corporate function and Waikato Valley Chocolates, which supplies product to The Warehouse.
TW Group's other subsidiaries include Boye Developments Limited, Noel Leeming Finance Limited, TWGA Pty Ltd, TWP No. 6 Limited, TW Money Limited and Bond and Bond Limited.
