It offers batch ovens; ovens, baking ovens, proofing ovens, conveyor ovens, continuous processing ovens, frying systems and automated thermal processing systems, grinders, slicers, emulsifiers, mixers, blenders, battering equipment, breading equipment, water cutting systems, food presses, forming equipment, food safety equipment, food handling equipment, freezing equipment and packaging equipment. Middleby offers its food processing equipment under the brand names of Alkar, Armor Inox, Auto-Bake, Baker Thermal Solutions,Cozzini, Danfotech, Drake, Maurer-Atmos, MP Equipment, RapidPak, Spooner Vicars, Stewart Systems and Thurne. In FY2016, the company’s food processing equipment segment generated revenues of US$342.2 million, which accounted for 15% of company’s total revenue. Middleby's residential kitchen equipment segment manufactures, sells and distributes kitchen equipment for the residential market. The company offers ranges, cookers, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, cooktops, refrigerators, wine coolers, ice machines, dishwashers, ventilation equipment and outdoor equipment. It sells and markets its residential kitchen equipment under the brand names of AGA, AGA Cookshop, Brigade, Divertimenti, Falcon, Fired Earth, Grange, Heartland, La Cornue, Leisure Sinks, Lynx, Marvel, Mercury, Rangemaster, Rayburn, Redfyre, Sedona, Stanley, TurboChef, U-Line and Viking. In FY2016, the company’s residential kitchen equipment segment generated revenues of US$658.6 million, which accounted for 29% of company’s total revenue. The company's subsidiaries include Armor Inox UK Ltd., Cozzini Middleby de Mexico, S. de R.L.de C.V., Cozzini Middleby Europe, S.r.l., Doyon Acquisition Company, LLC, Holman Cooking Equipment Inc., Middleby Cooking System Manufacturing (Shanghai) Corporation and Middleby Cozzini Brasil Equipamentos, Ltda, among others.
