In addition, D&B offers products as part of Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) offering that includes D&B Direct, a software application programming interface (API) that enables data integration inside enterprise applications such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), and enables master data management.
The company also offers credit building and credibility solutions for emerging businesses, which provide a credit monitoring solution to companies looking to monitor and impact their own business credit profile. D&B’s risk management solutions include Supplier Risk Manager, an online application that enables businesses mitigate supply chain risk by certifying and onboarding suppliers, monitoring including alerts and portfolio analysis; and Compliance product suite which includes Onboard and Compliance Check, online applications that help customers comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer requirements and global anti-bribery and corruption regulations through advanced screening and monitoring of customers and third party vendors. D&B offers certain solutions on a subscription pricing basis, including DNBi and D&B Credit subscription pricing plan.
D&B sales and marketing solutions are designed to help customers increase revenue from new and existing customers. The principal sales and marketing solutions offered by the company include customer data integration solutions, which cleanse, identify, link and enrich customer information; D&B Optimizer solution, which facilitates a single customer view across multiple systems and touchpoints, such as marketing and billing databases, and better enabling a customer to make sales and marketing decisions. The company’s Hoover business is a prospecting tool that provides information on public and private companies, and on industries and executives, sales, marketing and research professionals. The company’s professional contact tools, including Optimizer for Contacts and audience solutions offer multiple ways to reach active domestic contacts, complete with intelligence about the companies they work for.
D&B also offers various products as part of its DaaS strategy, including D&B360, which enables customer relationship management (CRM) customers manage their data, increase sales and improve customer engagement.
