NSCC is a clearing agency registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that provides clearing, settlement, risk management, central counterparty services and a guarantee of completion for certain transactions for virtually all broker-to-broker trades involving equities, corporate and municipal debt, American depositary receipts, exchange-traded funds, and unit investment trusts. DTC is a limited-purpose trust company under New York State banking law, a member of the Federal Reserve System, and a clearing agency registered with the SEC. It provides central securities depository, settlement and related services to members of the securities, banking, and other financial industries. FICC is a clearing agency registered with the SEC that provides various services to members of the government and mortgage-backed securities markets, consisting principally of automated real-time trade comparison, netting, settlement, trade confirmation, risk management, and electronic pool notification, among others. DTCC Deriv/SERV LLC provides automated repository and asset servicing for over-the counter (OTC) credit derivatives trades. It also provides related matching of payment flows and bilateral netting services. Deriv/SERV's customer base includes dealers and buy-side firms from more than 52 countries. The Warehouse Trust Company LLC (The Warehouse Trust) is a subsidiary of DTCC Deriv/SERV LLC. The Warehouse Trust is regulated as a member of the US Federal Reserve System and as a limited purpose trust company by the New York State Banking Department. It operates the post trade processing service of DTCC's trade information warehouse service, an infrastructure that provides market participants across the globe with a wide range of automated operational capabilities. It also offers tailored solutions that allow customers and third-party service providers to subscribe to the relevant service that meets their specific needs. DTCC Derivatives Repository Ltd is a trade repository which provides a suite of post trade recordkeeping and reporting services for over the counter equity, credit and interest rates derivatives. DTCC Derivatives Repository Ltd is regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA). DTCC Solutions LLC provides technology services that simplify the announcement processing by providing a centralized source of scrubbed information about corporate actions, including tender offers, conversions, stock splits, and nearly 100 other types of events for equities and fixed-income instruments traded in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. DTCC Loan/SERV LLC is engaged in expanding the global infrastructure to support the syndicated loan market with a suite of services including Loan/SERV reconciliation service, Loan/SERV contract reconciliation service, and Loan/SERV messaging service. EuroCCP is a Registered Clearing House (RCH) in the UK regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The company provides a pan-European clearing solution offering the economies of scale and risk management expertise of the US market to European market participants. Avox validates and maintains business entity reference data, including corporate hierarchies, registered address information, industry sector codes, and company identifiers. Omgeo provides post-trade processing and other related services primarily to financial institutions. European Central Counterparty N.V. is a joint venture of the company with BATS Chi-x Europe; Soltra Solutions, LLC (Soltra), a joint venture with Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FSISAC); and DTCC-Euroclear Global Collateral LTD is a joint venture with Euroclear, and provides support to financial institutions in addressing regulatory, operational and industry challenges related to the management of margin calls and collateral that impacts the over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives market. New York Portfolio Clearing (NYPC) is a joint venture with NYSE Euronext. The company is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). DTCC primarily operates in the US and Europe.
