Dura's major customers include: Volkswagen, FCA, Toyota, Honda, Renault-Nissan, BMW, Volvo, Johnson controls, ZF, brose, TRW, Kiekart, John Deere, Nexteer, Bosch, PSA Peugeot Citroen, Daimler, General Motors, Ford, Land rover, among others.

Dura's control systems product group includes shifter systems, shift-by-wire actuators, parking brake and pedal systems, cable systems, automotive hardware, tubes and fuel rails, and powertrain components and electronics.
The company's exterior systems product group encompasses exterior trim systems, and integrated glass systems. Key exterior systems offered by the company include roof rail systems, cappings, trims, tonneau finishers, and decorative front grill trim systems. Similarly key integrated glass systems offered by the company include integrated tailgate systems, movable glass systems, power sliding window systems, quarter and sixlight windows, flip window solutions, hidden hardware glass modules and mass transit glass.
Dura's structural systems product group offers structural body products, seating systems, stamped assemblies, roll formed products, tubular products, and cold formed and machined products.
The company’s mass transit window systems product group offers various types of window systems, including quick change windows, frameless serviceable windows, framed windows, safety solutions, vandal protection, and branded windows.
Dura's industrial systems product group provides control cables and driver interfaces for various applications in aerospace, agriculture, commercial, construction, defense, marine, railway, specialty and testing. The company offers a range of control cables under the Duraflex and Flexball brands.
