Deleum Berhad (Deleum) is an oil and gas services company. The company involves in provision of services and products to the oil and gas industry for exploration and production purposes. Deleum has its operations throughout Malaysia. The company operates through its four business segments, power and machinery, oilfield services, integrated corrosion solutions and others. Deleum under the power and machinery segment provides gas turbine generators and compressor packages, electrical equipment services, turnkey solutions for combined heat and power plants; provision of umbilical, electrical and mechanical parts supply, piping insulation solutions and mooring system as well as the provision of floating production systems. It also involves in repair, services, and maintenance of valves, flow regulators, overhaul of motors, generators, transformers and pumps; and other production related equipment. In FY2016, the power and machinery segment generated revenue of RM429.10 million, accounting for 70.5% of the company’s total revenue, excluding internal revenue/eliminations. The company through oil field services segment provides slick line equipment and services; wireline equipment and logging services, completion services, integrated wellhead maintenance services, drilling equipment and services and other oilfield products and technical services. The company also provides support specialized products and services for drilling, completion and production services for work-over and decommissioning or abandonment of platforms and wells. In FY2016, the oil field services segment generated revenue of RM135.5 million, accounting for 22.26% of the company’s total revenue, excluding internal revenue/eliminations. Under the integrated corrosion solution segment is subdivided into field services and surface preparation services. In field services it provides dry ice blasting, generator cleaning, laser alignment, site balancing, site overhauling, vibration and spectrum analysis, infrared thermography, removal and installation. In surface preparation services it provides delicate cleaning requirement, aggressive coating removal and integrated corrosion, inspection and mitigation services. In FY2016, integrated corrosion solution segment generated revenue of RM43.6 million, accounting for 7.17% of the company’s total revenue, excluding internal revenue/eliminations. In FY2016, the other segment generated revenue of RM0.39 million, accounting for 0.07% of the company’s total revenue, excluding internal revenue/eliminations.
