Cross Country's Nurse and Allied Staffing Segment provides traditional staffing, including temporary and permanent placement of travel nurses and allied professionals, and branch-based local nurses and allied staffing through its Cross Country Staffing brand. The company's service offering include managed service programs (MSP) services, electronic medical record (EMR) implementation and transition staffing, internal resource pool (IRP) consulting and development, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, optimal workforce solutions, payroll, and predictive modeling. For the fiscal year ended December 2016 (FY2016), the Nurse and Allied Staffing segment reported revenue of USD721.48 million, which accounted for 86.5% of the company’s total revenue. The company's Physician Staffing Segment provides physicians in several specialties, certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs), nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) under its Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) brand throughout the US at various healthcare facilities, such as acute and non-acute care facilities, medical group practices, government facilities, and managed care organizations. In FY2016, the Physician Staffing segment reported revenue of US$98.28 million which accounted for 11.8% of the company’s total revenue. Cross Country's Other Human Capital Management Services segment provides retained search services for physicians and healthcare executives. The company operates this segment through its subsidiary, Cejka Search. Cejka Search is a retained search organization that provides physician and executive search services exclusively to the healthcare industry, including physician group practices, hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, managed care and other healthcare organizations. In FY2016, the Other Human Capital Management reported revenue of US$13.76 million which accounted for 1.7% of the company’s total revenue.
