The company's Television segment, the company is comprised of 45 specialty television networks, 15 conventional television stations and the Corus content business, which consists of the production and distribution of films and television programs, merchandise licensing, publishing, animation software and technology and media services. Corus' multimedia entertainment brands include YTV; Treehouse; Nickelodeon (Canada); ABC Spark; TELETOON, TELETOON, TELETOON Retro, TELETOON Retro and Cartoon Network (Canada); W Network; OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network (Canada); W Movies; Sundance Channel (Canada); and Historia and Series+. In addition the company is also into content business and digital business. In FY2016, the Radio segment reported revenues of CAD155.7 million, which accounted for 13.3% of the company's total revenue.

Corus's services include radio broadcasting; television broadcasting; production and distribution of television programs; and merchandise licensing and publishing of children's books.

Geographically, the company classifies its operations into two segments, namely Canada, and International. In FY2016, Canada segment accounted for 96.1% of the company's total revenues, followed by International with 3.9%.

The company's subsidiaries include Corus Premium Television Ltd., Corus Radio Company, Nelvana Limited, TELETOON Canada Inc, and Showcase Television Inc.
