The company’s Post-acute Care EHR segment provides support sales generated by its subsidiary, American HealthTech, Inc. (AHT) and also include post-acute care software solutions. The TruBridge, Rycan, and Other Outsourcing segment offers business management, consulting and managed information technology services. TruBridge, LLC (TruBridge) and Rycan Technologies, Inc. (Rycan) are the company’s subsidiaries which offer these services. TruBridge provides business management services; consulting services and managed information technology services. Rycan is one of the leading providers of SaaS-based healthcare revenue cycle management solutions. The segment serves healthcare systems, providers and care givers in hospitals and skilled nursing organizations.
