Sofiparc owns, operates and leases real estate properties such as office buildings and parking spaces. It owns a property consisting of an office building located in Levallois (Hauts-de-Seine) with a total area of 13,132 meter square (m2).
The company's other subsidiaries include La Reunion Villes Propres, Metroplast, Plastic Omnium Caraibes, Inergy Automotive Systems France, Plastic Recycling and Plastic Omnium Auto Exterieur.
ogistics segment is operated through its subsidiary Menlo Logistics (Menlo). The segment develops contract-logistics solutions, including the management of complex distribution networks, and providing supply-chain engineering and consulting, and multimodal freight brokerage services. The segment portfolio includes transportation-management and contract-warehousing services. Through transportation management, the logistics segment manages asset-based carriers and third-party transportation providers for customers inbound and outbound supply-chain needs. Contract-warehousing services include, optimization and operation of warehouse operations for customers using technology and warehouse-management systems to reduce inventory carrying costs and supply-chain cycle times. The company's contract-warehousing operations include light assembly or kitting operation.
